Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
After removal of the protective seal, leotards, swimsuits, costumes and other products cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you receive the item, it is your responsibility to send it back at your own expense.
- Log in to your account on our website using the email address you provided when placing your order
- Select the items you wish to return by clicking the “Request a return” button and wait for a decision on your request
- After your request is approved, you will receive a return label, which you must use to send the items back.
The return is made at the seller’s expense. A full refund will be processed as soon as we have received the item in our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note: Base-layer items such as tops, bodysuits, and underwear are non-returnable. In accordance with Article 16(e) of the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, returns of these products are not accepted due to hygiene and health protection regulations.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to follow the return procedure. The return is made at the seller’s expense. After receiving the parcel and confirming the exchange, we will send you the replacement item and provide you with a tracking number. Shipping of the replacement item is at the buyer’s expense.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@raysport.com.
